Greenhouse performance
Light transmittance
Light transmittance refers to the percentage of the amount of light that penetrates into the greenhouse to the amount of outdoor light. The light transmittance of the greenhouse is affected by the light transmittance of the light-transmitting cover material of the greenhouse and the shadow rate of the greenhouse skeleton, and the light transmittance of the greenhouse changes at any time with the different solar radiation angles in different seasons. The light transmittance of the greenhouse has become a direct influence factor for crop growth and selection of crop varieties. Generally, the multi-span plastic greenhouse is 50%~60%, the light transmittance of the glass greenhouse is 60%~70%, and the solar greenhouse can reach more than 70%.
Heat preservation
Heating and energy consumption are the main obstacles to greenhouse operation in winter. Improving the thermal insulation performance of the greenhouse and reducing the energy consumption are the most direct means to improve the efficiency of greenhouse production. The thermal insulation ratio of the greenhouse is a basic index to measure the thermal insulation performance of the greenhouse. The greenhouse insulation ratio refers to the ratio of the area covered by the light-transmitting material of the greenhouse with lower thermal resistance and the area covered by the greenhouse envelope with the larger thermal resistance on the same ground. The greater the insulation ratio, the better the insulation performance of the greenhouse.
Durability
Greenhouse construction must consider its durability. The durability of the greenhouse is affected by factors such as the aging resistance of greenhouse materials and the carrying capacity of the main structure of the greenhouse. In addition to the strength of the light-transmitting material, the durability of the light-transmitting material is also manifested in that the light transmittance of the material continuously decays with time, and the attenuation of the light transmittance is a decisive factor affecting the service life of the light-transmitting material. Generally, the service life of steel structure greenhouse is more than 15 years. It is required that the design wind and snow load use the maximum load once in 25 years; the service life of the bamboo-wood structure simple greenhouse is 5 to 10 years, and the design wind and snow load use the maximum load once in 15 years.
Since the greenhouse is operating in a high temperature and high humidity environment for a long time, the surface anti-corrosion of the components has become one of the important factors affecting the service life of the greenhouse. Steel structure greenhouse, the main structure of the force is generally thin-walled steel, which has poor corrosion resistance. Hot-dip galvanized surface anti-corrosion treatment must be used in the greenhouse. The thickness of the coating reaches 150-200 microns or more, which can guarantee 15 years of use life. For the wooden structure or steel welded truss structure greenhouse, it is necessary to ensure that the surface anti-corrosion treatment is done once a year.
Safety
The environmentally safe greenhouse is a closed type with physical plant protection technology, environmental control technology, and biological control technology as the core. It can prevent and control plant diseases and insect pests without using pesticides or other chemicals, and can protect plants from severe weather and physiological obstacles. Plant rearing facilities. Environmental safety greenhouses are mainly divided into two categories: physical plant protection greenhouses and environmental control greenhouses. The former focuses on the configuration of physical control facilities for plant diseases and insect pests throughout the growth period. The latter is a greenhouse where pests and diseases, physiological obstacles, and growth environment regulation are all controlled.
